Thanks for visiting our site! We are passionate about helping athletes and active people perform at an optimal level, eliminate pain, and recover quickly. I love seeing my clients moving freely and with ease and utilize Fascial Stretch Therapy because it's a science-based, pain-free way to create mobility and keep injuries at bay.  I have practiced massage since 2002, completed sports massage training with University of Washington athletes in 2004, received my certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy in 2013 and became a certified nutrition coach in 2019.  I can help you whether you are training for your first 1/2 marathon, are a professional athlete, weekend climber, triathlete, skier, or anything in between.

In my free time, I love hiking with my dog Cody, cooking healthy meals, and vacationing to lakes and oceans. I look forward to working with you!

Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist

Jen's work utilizes Muscle Activation Techniques to effectively eliminate back, neck, knee, shoulder and other pain. MAT is a revolutionary hands-on modality that "activates" specific muscles to restore their full function and eliminate tightness and pain (read more about how MAT works under the Services tab).  

Jen brings her strong background in human movement to each Muscle Activation Techniques session. Her experience includes working as a gymnastics coach, stunt woman, and even a course builder for American Ninja Warrior.

As a life-long athlete, she sought out MAT personally to enable her to continue to achieve her goals. Now, she can help you to do the same.

"When our body is out of balance it’s difficult to accomplish your goals. I find my mental and physical state are more in synch when MAT is a part of my life. I look forward to helping you find that balance".
