Food as medicine


Congratulations on taking the first step toward better health through nutrition.  I am excited to work with you!

In our culture of diets, endless food choices and confusing information about what is healthy, I offer common sense guidance to help you make small changes that create big results  - in the way you feel and look.

As your coach, I will provide support and accountability, be your cheerleader and guide, and will only offer options that work for your cooking abilities, food preferences and time restrictions. 

In this initial 90-minute session, we will meet via phone or (preferably) in person to get to know you and what you hope to achieve, with detailed questions about your lifestyle, current eating and drinking habits, and movement/exercise.

A six-month minimum commitment is required. After this initial session, we will meet weekly or every other week for 30-45 minutes. These meetings can even include grocery shopping/label reading, meal prep and cooking classes.
