Hippocrates, know as the father of medicine, considered nutrition one of the main tools that a doctor can use. Unfortunately, this isn't as true today, which is one of the reasons I chose to study nutrition.
The truth is that the food we eat either prevents disease, or causes it.

In our culture of diets, endless food choices and confusing information about what is healthy, I offer common sense guidance to help you make small changes that create big results - in the way you feel and look.
As your coach, I will provide support and accountability.In our initial 90-minute session, we will meet via phone or in person to get to know you and what you hope to achieve, with detailed questions about your lifestyle, current eating and drinking habits, and movement/exercise. We will then chat weekly, with quick check-ins 2-4 times per week to keep you on track.
